La guía Ana, voluntariosa pero sus explicaciones fueron desordenadas y falta de preparación. En Irlanda del Norte nos dijo que la tarifa de datos del móvil era compatible con el Roaming y eso es FALSO porque me ha llegado un CARGO de 18€ por uso de datos en UK. En la calzada del gigante se marchó con un grupo a pie y los que quedamos para ir en el bus eléctrico nos tuvimos que espabilar. En Belfast nos explico un poco movernos por el centro y nos dejó solos 2 horas y ESO NO ESTABA CONTRATADO.

Our guide, Ana, was willing, but her explanations were disorganized and she lacked preparation. In Northern Ireland, she told us that the mobile data plan was compatible with roaming, which is FALSE because I received an €18 charge for data usage in the UK. On Giant's Causeway, she left with a group on foot, and those of us who were left to take the electric bus had to get our act together. In Belfast, she explained a little about how to get around the city center and left us alone for two hours, which WAS NOT AGREEMENT.

La frecuencia de autobuses es de 30 min y no de 15 y después de esperar 35 min para subir al autobús cuando íbamos a subir nos digerían que el bono estaba usado y q no podíamos subir. Tuvimos que ir a una oficina que tienen a resolverlo. Al final nos llevo 2 horas y tuvimos q ir andando al castillo porque no llegábamos con el autobús por lo q pagamos para hacer uso de él todo el día y solo lo usamos para ir del castillo a la guiness ya que por la mañana fue imposible y poca audioguia

The bus frequency is 30 minutes and not 15 and after waiting 35 minutes to get on the bus when we were going to get on they told us that the voucher was used and we couldn't get on. We had to go to an office they have to resolve it. In the end it took us 2 hours and we had to walk to the castle because we couldn't get there with the bus so we paid to use it all day and we only used it to go from the castle to Guiness since in the morning it was impossible and little audio guide

L'arrêt à 17h n'était pas précisé ! Nous sommes descendu à 16h pour visiter Guinness, quand nous sommes ressortis à 19h, il n'y avait plus de bus ! 2 heures de marche pour retourner à notre hôtel.
