El museo se aprovecha de lo que es, un museo. Desde el inicio, no se nos entrego el audio guía ya que no estaban funcionando, el tour se vendió con esto. Al comenzar el tour, en un vídeo proyectado que se mostraba, el mismo estaba torcido inclinado hacia un lado, y el sonido no era bueno. Al finalizar el tour y pasar por la zona de souvenirs, el mismo estaba cerrando(???) y no se nos permitió adquirir nada... al finalizar el tour? Enserio? Realmente este tour es tiempo y dinero desaprovechado.

La actividad no pintaba mal, las instalaciones están bien. Si que se me ha quedado algo corta la audioguia, no la recomendaría si no se tiene un inglés fluido. Por otra parte, no merece la pena contratar la experiencia premium, salvo por el obsequio del vaso puesto que la cata se hace demasiado rápido, no da tiempo a saborear bien el whisky y al final te quedas con un no muy buen sabor de boca.

The activity did not look bad, the facilities are good. If the audio guide has fallen a bit short for me, I would not recommend it if you do not have fluent English. On the other hand, it is not worth hiring the premium experience, except for the gift of the glass since the tasting is done too quickly, there is not time to taste the whiskey well and in the end you are left with a not very good taste in your mouth.

El guía va hablando en inglés, un inglés rápidisimo que estos cerrados. Y los españoles vamos con un cassette escuchado y no va al compás de lo que dice el guía. Por otro lado, el guía también hace bromas pero el cassette no... Entonces te encuentras fuera de lugar. La cara de whisky muy bien.

Cogí el tour en español, pero solo lo dan en inglés y no me enteré de nada. También ofrecieron un coctel a cambio de la cata de whisky y no lo dan, por qué ofrecen cosas que no dan.
