El guía va hablando en inglés, un inglés rápidisimo que estos cerrados. Y los españoles vamos con un cassette escuchado y no va al compás de lo que dice el guía. Por otro lado, el guía también hace bromas pero el cassette no... Entonces te encuentras fuera de lugar. La cara de whisky muy bien.

The guide is speaking in English, a very fast English that these closed. And we Spaniards go with a cassette listened to and it doesn't go to the beat of what the guide says. Cogí el tour en español, pero solo lo dan en inglés y no me enteré de nada. También ofrecieron un coctel a cambio de la cata de whisky y no lo dan, por qué ofrecen cosas que no dan.

Muy mal,!.No nos ofrecieron servicio guía en español en recepción, como teníamos contratado..Durante la visita en inglés , mi esposa se ausentó y dirigió a recepción , y se nos ofreció un servicio de audio guía que no funcionó.Proseguimos la exposición y durante la cata de los tres whisky ,todo ello en inglés, se nos omitió y no se nos ofreció la cata del Whisky de 12 años que requerimos.Exigiéndonos el ticke contratado para poder optar a dicha cata. Todo ello en presencia del grupo. Indignante

No vale la pena ir si no hablas inglés fluido. Fui con una amiga que no lo habla y se perdió muchísima información, la audioguía no explica ni la mitad de lo que explica el guía y toda la actividad es en inglés, así que no lo pudo disfrutar. Las chicas que están en recepción no se enteran, o no les interesa enterarse, el trato al cliente es muy pésimo. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen, no vale la pena la visita, más vale gastar el dinero en comprar una botella de whisky en cualquier tienda.

It's not worth going if you're not fluent in English. I went with a friend who doesn't speak English and she missed a lot of information, the audio guide doesn't explain even half of what the guide explains and all the activity is in English, so she couldn't enjoy it. The girls who are at the reception do not find out, or are not interested in finding out, the customer service is very lousy.
