This ghost bus tour takes you to Dublin's creepiest bus and immerse yourself in the macabre history of the haunted Irish capital on a guided ghost tour... if you dare!
Ghost Bus Tour
A dim light flickers spookily in front of Trinity College. Night has fallen. It's damp and chillingly cold. An immense dark shape looms out of the shadows on College Green: a bus, as shady and menacing as the journey that awaits you. This isn't just any vehicle. Pass hurriedly by the gaunt-faced driver, and a haggard-looking gravedigger will be waiting for you on the stairs, greeting you with a rasping cry: "Welcome aboard the Dublin ghost bus tour!".
Throughout your two hour journey, you'll explore the turbulent streets of the Emerald Isle's capital in search of its most perverse myths and legends. The gravedigger and the sinister driver won't be your only companions on the bus. Through the dramatic acting of these ghouls and body-snatchers, you'll experience a lively - or terrifying - tour, discovering the darkest aspects of Dublin's ghostly past.
As you pass Trinity College, Dublin Castle and St Audeons Church, amongst other historic monuments, your eerie guides will take you six hundred years back in time to reveal the grisly story of a terrible plague that devastated the city. If you dare to look these ghostly figures in the face for enough time, you'll see the harrowing marks of this hideous disease...
Scandalised, shell-shocked, spine-chillingly terrified, entertained... however you feel after the blood-curdling tales of ghostly Dublin, you'll finish off your route returning to your original meeting point on College Green. Here, you'll have the opportunity to recover from the gruelling events of the evening enjoying a free ghoulish drink in The Gravediggers Pub. That's if you're willing to take the risk of entering the haunted drinking den...
